New Features

• Intelligent rules to skip reassignment

Catcher Rule for all other projects

We know each user can have more than 1 projects. For a user with more than 10 projects, this feature is a time saver as you only need to create 1 rule instead of 10 rules.

The Out of Office Assistant will process all the rules with specified project, and then the last "All other projects" rule. However, you need to ensure your coverer can be assigned to issues in your projects.

You can select this option when adding or editing the rule

Intelligent Rules to skip reassignment

We added 2 options at user level:

1. Do not reassign back to coverer if I am assigning to myself
2. Allow the coverer to reassign back to me when I am Out-of-Office

The default settings for both options are false to be consistent with the behaviour of the previous version. Users will have to enable it themselves.

Do not reassign back to coverer if I am assigning to myself

This option is useful if you are out of office but want to assign the issue to yourself. Before this option, the issue will be automatically reassigned to the coverer if there is a matching Out-of-Office rule. 
If the assignment was triggered by the selected assignee, Out of Office Assistant will skip the processing. 

Allow the coverer to reassign back to me when I am Out-of-Office

This option is useful if the coverer is unable to handle the reassigned issue or the priority is not so high. With this option enabled, the coverer will be able to reassign back to the original assignee without waiting for him to come back. If the issue was assigned to the coverer before the out of office period, this normal processing will still be applied even this option is enabled.

To modify the options, just click on the corresponding checkboxes and click the Update button to save the settings
