ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException when searching for coverer

Happens if selecting coverer for a specific project and there are more than 20 matching users.

Coverer user picker result is always "Showing 0 of xx matching users"

Happens if selecting coverer for a specific project.

Avatar does not revert back and OOO banner is still displayed when OOO rule has been deleted

When user deletes an active one-time rule, and does not have any other active period or rules, the avatar does not revert back to original and banner is still displayed.
