Invalid attachments uploaded via email will be deleted and the configured Actor will post a comment containing the list of deleted attachments in the issue.
The user to add comment when attachments have been deleted due to file extension/mime type being blocked.

The security level of comments added due to invalid file type, duplicates and virus can now be set for Service Desk projects.
If Actor is Anonymous, the comment will be Internal.
This happens if virus file is attached to issue on create and Delete Virus Files is set to No. The virus scanning goes into a loop and multiple virus alert comments are added.
