Support virus scanning for Xray attachments

Attachments uploaded through Xray endpoints are now scanned if you have a virus scanner configured.

If an infected file is detected, a comment will be added to the Jira issue.

  • For test step attachments, it will be added to the Test issue

  • For test run evidences, it will be added to the Test Execution issue
