Lookup Manager not working after changing the date time format

If format is changed after Lookup Manager is installed, the old format will still be used by Lookup Manager, resulting in invalid format error.

 

For example,

  1. Current jira.date.picker.java.format is d/MMM/yy

  2. Install Lookup Manager app

  3. Change jira.date.picker.java.format to MMM/dd/yyyy

  4. Trigger lookup automation

  5. Error message in the Audit Log:

    customfield_10801=Invalid date format. Please enter the date in the format "MMM/dd/yyyy"
