Overview

Jira User Auditor gives Administrators an overview of the permission user have in Jira. In the report, it is being categorized under Administer, Read and Write permission.

Getting Started

For Trial License, you are restricted to only a single project and up to 50 entries in the report. Please consider purchasing the license to enjoy the full features.

  1. Select a Project Scope to scan

  2. Select the Project you wish to scan. You do not need to select any Project if you have selected All Projects

  3. Click Start Scan to begin scanning

Scan Progress

Once the scan has started, you are able to track the scan progress on the page.

Scan In Progress

  • Click on Refresh to refresh the scan progress

  • Click on Cancel Scan to stop the scan at any time

Scan Completed

  • Click on Download Report to download the report

  • Click on Start New Scan to begin a new scan

By clicking on Start New Scan, you will not be able to return and download the report again. Please download the report before clicking on Start New Scan.

Scan Records

All of the scan records will be recorded in the table under Audit Records.

  • If a user cancels a scan midway, the user's display name will be shown below the status

  • If a scan was stopped midway due to other reasons (E.g. Jira stopped / plugin disabled), “Plugin Disabled” will be shown below the status

Click on Purge Scan Records to clear the scan records.
