Overview
Introduction
As part of good governance process, some organisations will conduct audits periodically to ensure only authorised users are given access to their Jira projects.
It is a time consuming and difficult task for Jira admins to generate accurate and up-to-date reports.
This app helps Jira admins with 2 common administrative tasks from the auditors.
User Report - who are the users and when did they just logged in and which groups are they in
Project Access Report - which user has which permission for each project
The reports can be downloaded as Excel/CSV format directly from Jira web page in a timely manner without causing any disruption to other Jira users.
User Report
The User Report allows Jira admins to search for subset of users and export the related information in Excel or CSV format.
It helps to answer common questions
