Overview

Introduction

As part of good governance process, some organisations will conduct audits periodically to ensure only authorised users are given access to their Jira projects.
It is a time consuming and difficult task for Jira admins to generate accurate and up-to-date reports.
This app allows scanning of selected projects and to download the access report in Excel format.

Benefits

  1. Provides a Bird's Eye View of the access rights granted to users

  2. Save time collating the report

  3. Does not require downtime or affect the usage of Jira

  4. Does not need to have a browser session to wait for the task to complete

  5. The report can be downloaded anytime after the scanning has completed

  6. User friendly Excel format which can be further post processed

  7. The access report can be circulated around. Does not require Jira admin rights for users to check on the permissions

  8. It can be kept an audit records for different time periods

How does it works

  1. Select the projects to scan

  2. Wait for the scanning running in the background to complete

  3. Download the report in Excel format
