Introduction
The Custom Field Helper app helps administrators work more efficiently with custom fields. It addresses
JRASERVER-45787 - Increase the Size of Select field in Context page
JRASERVER-61108 - Issue Types are not sorted alphabetically in various screens
With the app, updating custom field context (via Edit Configuration as shown below) becomes much easier:
Display up to 50 entries instead of 5 entries at a time
options are listed alphabetically
As shown below, Issue Types and Projects have been sorted and with the increased window height, it becomes easier to locate issue types / projects.
For large Jira instances, this will be a valuable addition.
