Handling of .hwp files

.hwp files will be allowed if:

1. .hwp is in the whitelist

2. The detected mime type is application/x-hwp-v5

Changed response code to 415 for invalid files

Fixed attachment missing after submitting the form.

All attachments shown as not allowed if first attachment is not allowed
