Unable to upgrade to version 1.13.2
You may face one of the following errors when trying to upgrade:
1. App is not upgraded.
2. App is not installed, displaying error message “An error occurred during installation. Refer to the logs for more information.”
3. App is disabled, displaying error message “This app couldn't be loaded. It has one or more errors that prevent it from being enabled.”
