IllegalStateException thrown in scheduled job

The following exception is thrown and the scheduled job for Quota Summary Initial Setup ends, not completing the calculation for the rest of the Spaces.

java.lang.IllegalStateException: No Hibernate Session bound to thread, and configuration does not allow creation of non-transactional one here
