Add checks for permissions when selecting a coverer
Administrators can now select certain permissions required for a user to be able to select a coverer.
By default, there will be no restrictions set, so no changes need to be made if you do not plan to restrict the users who can select a coverer.

Bug Fix
Fix display of Out Of Office messages
The Out Of Office message would display certain characters as their escaped form, making messages hard to read / edit. Now, these characters will be displayed correctly in the Out Of Office Assistant page.
