  1. Install the plugin
  2. Enter the license key
  3. Create the Support Tracker project using the Support Tracker Project template
  4. Configure the Support Tracker using the Support Tracker Mapping
    1. Enable notification for the project if required
    2. Refine the JQL condition if required

  5. Create Support Tracker issue(s) with the required fields

  6. Add in the Support Tracker Workflow Validator if required
