Jira Administrators can delegate other user groups to help them configure Dashboard Folders.

The Dashboard Folders Plugin Administrators will be able to:

1. See the full list of Dashboard Folders

2. Add/Edit/Delete Dashboard Folders

3. Edit the permission on each Dashboard Folders

4. Manage the Dashboards within each Dashboard Folders

Navigating to Dashboard Folders Administration

1. Click Settings → Issues on the top right hand corner

2. Click Dashboard Folders Administration under Dashboard Folders Configuration section on the left panel

Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut if you are Jira Administrator:

1. Key 'g' + 'g' consecutively on any Jira page

2. Type Dashboard Folders Administration in the search box

3. Click Dashboard Folders Administration

Configuring Dashboard Folders Administration

1. To add Dashboard Folders Administrator group:

   1. Search for the Group in "Group" field

   2. Select the target Group

   3. Click on "Add" button

      

2. To remove Dashboard Folders Administrator group:

   1. Click the dustbin icon to the right of this corresponding Group
