Configuring free license key

Before you begin

  • Make sure you're logged in as a Jira admin.

Getting the free license key

  1. Go to our Service Desk to request for a free license.
  2. Fill in the necessary details and click on Send.
  3. The free license key will be sent to the email address provided.


Accessing and configuring license

  1. Go to Manage apps page and click on Tissue - Table of linked Issues app to expand the panel.
  2. Click on Configure.
  3. You should see the Tissue License Configuration page.
  4. Enter the details and click on Save.
