View Multiple Filter Chart in Public Confluence Pages

Before V.2.4.2, this error message will be shown on the public Confluence page when anonymous users are viewing your public Confluence page


Prerequisite

Make sure you allow your Confluence to pull data from the Jira instance.

Troubleshoot

After installing v.2.4.2, if you still have the above error, please refresh Confluence's cache.

Confluence Administration (General Configuration) > Cache Management > Click on "Flush all"

Refresh and clear the cache on your browser to view the gadget on your public Confluence Page.
