How to view archived issues

  1. Login into Jira

  2. Go to Issues > View Archived Issues



  3. A list of archive requests which has been authorised to the logged-in user will be displayed on the left sidebar

  4. Click on the corresponding Archive Request ID / Name which will expand to show all issues archived for that request. 

  5. The archived issues are grouped by their project key

  6. Click on the HTML entry with the issue key on the left sidebar to display the issue on the Issue Screen

  7. You can select the archived issues you wish to view from the screen by clicking on the corresponding item on the left sidebar

  8. The attachments for the selected archived issue can also be downloaded by clicking on the link(s) beside Downloadable Attachments
