How to view past archived requests

You can view past archived request details from 2 different locations:

1. Archive Manager 

2. Archive Viewer

From Archive Manager

1. Login as a Jira Administrator

2. Go to Administrator > Issue Archiver

3. You can navigate around in the Jira Issue Archiver Manager as follows:
   
   

   Open

   

4. To view the details of past archives, click on the x issues link
   
   
   

   Open

   

From Archive Viewer

1. Login as any application user

2. Go to Issues > View Archived Issues
   
   

   
   
   

3. Click on the archive request name or ID to look at the Archive Request Details 
   
   

   Open

   

4. A dialog will pop up with the archive request details
