Exclude Xray

It is possible to exclude File Type Checking on attachment uploads for Xray for Jira app when there is a compatibility issue.
This will allow Attachment Checker to continue checking other Jira attachments with minimal disruption.

Please raise a support ticket in our Service Desk when there is any compatibility issues with 3rd party apps.

You can toggle on the Exclude Xray setting in Attachment Checker Configuration → File Type Blocking tab.
