Delete duplicate attachments

When there are too many attachments in an issue, it is difficult for users to find the attachment they want.

This can happen when images from email signatures are repeatedly attached in the comments.

Attachment Checker helps to delete the duplicate attachments, keeping only the first unique copy, and adds a comment with the list of attachments deleted.

Deleting of duplicates can be enabled at Attachment Checker Configuration → Duplicate Blocking

Comment and update notification can also be disabled.
