Reports on space attachments

Overview
The space quota report provides the following information of the space:
The allocated, used, available quota and the usage (%)
The attachments count (Latest and all versions)
How data is calculated
Due to performance issues, data displayed is not calculated real time.
Quota usage
An initial setup is required to calculate all the attachments in all spaces before admins can view them. A scheduled job will run during the configured time to do the calculation.
After the setup, quota usage is updated whenever attachments are uploaded or deleted.
However, it can become out of sync if, for example, attachments are uploaded when Attachment Checker is disabled/uninstalled.
Attachments count
If Quota Summary has not been setup before, the count will be updated after the Quota Summary initial setup.
If Quota Summary has been setup before, space admins will need to go to the space quota to schedule an update.
The count is a Point in Time calculation based on when the scheduled job runs.
How to refresh the data
Quota usage
To recalculate quota usage for all spaces, go to Quota Summary and click on “Recalculate”.
A one-time recalculation will run during the scheduled time configured.
Attachments count
To update the attachments count displayed in space quota, click on “Schedule for update”.
A one-time update will run during the scheduled time configured in Quota Summary.
