The Attachment Checker for Jira plugin also allow admins allows admin to specify limits a limit on the number of issues attachments allowed per issue.
It will check the total number of files attached to the issue before allowing the attachments to be added.
If the number of attachments has exceeded the limit, it will display a configured error message to the user.
