Steps

1. Navigate to Bulk Approval Layout Configuration Configuration

   1. Click on Jira Administration icon

   2. Click on Manage apps

   3. Click on Approval Field Configurations under Bulk Approval
      

2. Locate the layout you’d wish to modify and click on Edit
