The searching by title can be done with three type of searches.
Exact Match – Match – Find content where the title contains the exact word "Port". Note that when "~" operator is used to search for content, the simple derivatives of that word, such as "Ports" will also appear.

Start With – With – Find content where the title starts with the word "Port"
...
Contains – Contains – Find content where the title contains "Port"
...
