Update Start and End Period for Rolling Window

• CHMAP shows period from 01 April 2017 to 30 April 2018 but issues outside of 21 April 2017 to 20 April 2018 is not added.

New behaviour: 01 April 2017 to 30 April 2018Previously, the gadget will display the full calendar month, but only query the issue data within the 365 days. This may give people the false impression that there are no issues during

• the first few days of the starting month and

• last few days of the ending month

Hence, we have expanded the scope of the reporting to the full month period that is rendered.
