We are very happy with the Out of Office Assistant.
But there are some cases, where we would need an additional feature:
Excluding issues from reassigning to a coverer.

Example:
When an issue gets closed, it always gets automatically assigned to the reporter. It does not make any sense for us to reassign closed issues by the Out of Office Assistant.
It should be possible to exclude issues (maybe based on a filter) from reassigning.
It would be great, when an Administrator could define a default exclude filter, which can be edited by the users for each rule.
