Unable to change assignee with lookup manager during issue creation

Description

Lookup manager are unable to map lookup value into assignee during issue creation

This is a known issue with Atlassian (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/post-function-in-the-create-issue-transition-does-not-update-assignee-due-to-order-290750897.html)

Resolution:
1. Update Lookup Manager to 1.2.1
2. Go to Administration > Workflows
3. Click the link for the workflow in 'Steps' column
4. Click the name of the initial status in the Step Name column.
5. The name depends on your workflow. In simple workflow the default name is "Open"
6. Click 'Create Issue' link in the Workflow browser (the inbound transition that arrives into the initial step)
7. Add a post-function, 'Update Issue Field via Lookup Table', and set the Assignee field to desired lookup column (if necessary, create a draft so the workflow is editable)
8. Make sure the Post-function is the before 'Creates the issue originally"
