We love the gauge gadget especially for the dashboard of our SLA stuff using Jira Service Desk. The one thing that more than any other people ask for, is to do it as a percentage. So I have 2 numbers, SLA Breached and Total tickets and would like the gauge to display what the percentage of tickets that have been breached.
