Case sensitivity error with MySQL on Linux

When used with MySQL, the filters are not loaded

Found the bug. It is because the alias for MySQL in Linux is case sensitive.
Should be ACCESSRIGHTSENTITY.FILTER_ID instead of AccessRightsEntity.FILTER_ID

The SQL syntax used is platform agnostic, so its unlikely it will break on other SQL platforms, unless there is a problem with the SQL platform configuration itself

Just tested using JIRA 6.1 production instance with MySQL, its working fine?
