Currently, the only way to remove the record from UI and zip file would be to delete them manually.
For the UI, this would involve accessing the database and deleting the corresponding record accordingly from the archive tables (archive_info, archive_request and archive_permission tables).
For the zip file, you would need to delete them from /jira-home/archives folder.
This implies that records created for testing of the features will remain unless users have access to backend to remove it.
