To display a placeholder image if attachment has not been scanned

Description

Currently, if attachment has not been scanned, previewing images will display:

  • “Ouch! We can’t load the image.“

  • “This image failed to load.“

 

To display placeholder image with message “Attachment has not been scanned by the virus scanner. Please try again later.“
